What Are the Position Details?

Our regional development associates work with non-profits, educational institutions and community support organizations. Building relationships to increase adoption of our financial wellness incubator programs as a valuable resource for their community members. No previous experience is required—we're looking for individuals who enjoy working with others and are passionate about making an impact in their community.

Associates earn a base pay of $30.00 per incubator session, with opportunities for additional income, promotion and management as the regional program you'll be supporting grows. 

We offer flexible scheduling that fits your lifestyle. Some of our associates work full-time, while others balance part-time work with their studies, other jobs, or family obligations. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to make a positive impact while earning extra income.

Our training program equips you with everything you need to succeed as a regional development associate. We’ve been empowering people to excel since 2017, and the skills you’ll develop—financial literacy, client communication, and networking—are valuable in any career. After training, advisors work from home or locally, with most meetings and additional training sessions held online.

What Are the Core Responsibilities?

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to establish partnerships with non-profits, educational and community institutions.
  • Craft compelling presentations highlighting our incubator program's benefits for community leaders and their members.
  • Attend industry events and network with key decision-makers
  • Assist with developing and managing communication channels with institution partners.
  • Conduct incubator sessions to guide non-profit, education and community members with a team of financial services specialists who handle client support.

What Are the Basic Requirements?

  • 18 years old or older
  • Enjoys working with and helping others with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to learn and apply new skills
  • Strong interest in entrepreneurship, financial analysis, and advisory or consulting.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
